ascend

Ascend

Ascend is a week-long program for students ages 6–18 who have experienced the divorce of their parents or the loss of a loved one, and for children ages 6–11 who have a sibling with disabilities. Students are in an age-appropriate group where they will have the opportunity to discuss the common experiences associated with divorce and grief, and learn what God says about these hardships. Students will learn healthy coping methods and also just have good fun. The program runs from 10:00am–2:00pm daily for one week.

Serve with Us

Each time that DivorceCare meets, we want our participants to experience a warm and inviting environment that eliminates participants' anxiety about the evening. To do this, we offer childcare and a welcoming environment, which require plenty of volunteers. The class meets from 6:30–8:30pm on Tuesday nights. Complete the interest form below to commit to serve during one or more upcoming DivorceCare events.
