National Healthcare Decisions Day is April 16, and we will be marking this day by hosting a Healthcare Decisions Workshop to provide resources, facilitate conversations, and process these ideas in community. The workshop will connect participants to Five Wishes—a nationally used and recognized legal document that is a valuable resource in guiding and documenting end-of-life plans.
