Creating Space

Mosaic is our special needs and disabilities ministry, and our staff and volunteers do an amazing job supporting all our Mosaic families. Caring for a family member with a disability can be challenging and isolating in the best of circumstances, so we want to create space for families to connect with one another, enjoy community, and get some time to recharge.

To care for our Mosaic families well, our Pelham, Powdersville, Harrison Bridge, and Travelers Rest campuses host Respite Night and Supper Club on a regular basis. On these evenings, families have the opportunity to drop their children off with caring volunteers and get some time to rest, enjoy a night out, or connect with friends. Here are a few snapshots of the fun and joy our kids, students, and adults in Mosaic had at a recent Respite Night and Supper Club at our Powdersville campus.
