Serve as primary videographer and editor for central video needs
Project manage Central video projects from pre-production to post-production and distribution
Collaborate with Staff and Clients to determine parameters and execution of projects
Compile and pursue potential stories for video
Participate in ideating creative concepts for videos
Manage and keep inventory of video equipment
Assist video director with the direction of central productions
Assist Video Director in archiving and organizing the videos produced
Research techniques and procedures to improve video storytelling
Identifying and developing key individuals to serve as volunteers with the Video Department, and assisting with leading and equipping of interns within the video department
