To assist in the oversight of the Inspire Coffee House employees and operations, and to provide a positive customer experience and healthy business environment.
Managing coffee house shifts
- Monitoring employees & coffee house environment
- Helping facilitate interactions between employees & customer (& vice versa)
- Addressing any issues, questions, or safety concerns
- Informing Manager of any low stock/ordering needs
Responsible for overseeing cleanliness of coffee house spaces, including:
- The coffee house space, clubhouse, bathrooms, & direct exteriors (picking up trash, removing obstacles or alerting proper personnel)
Helping manage employees & volunteers
- Discipling Employees
- Following up on individualized goals with each adult
- Providing direction/guidance for volunteers
