Campus Administrator | Taylors

Hours/Schedule

36 - 40 Hours

Overall Responsibilities

Support the mission and vision of Grace Church at the Taylors Campus including but not limited to leading volunteers, assimilation and programming.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Guests/Connect Cards
    • Create weekly Connect Card

    • Process submitted Connect Cards

    • Follow-up as directed

  • Volunteers
    • Manage volunteer rosters and database records

    • Attend Volunteer Orientation (or equivalent)

    • Manage Jump-In process

  • Discovery
    • Manage and oversee the process

    • Recruit volunteers as needed to help

  • Foundations
    • Manage and oversee the process

    • Recruit volunteers as needed to help

  • Attend weekly Campus meeting
    • Manage room bookings and events

    • Coordinate Special Services

    • Assist Campus Pastor
      • Scheduling

      • Correspondence

    • Expense reports/Reimbursements

    • Special projects as directed

  • Attend Campus Administrators Meetings
