Campus Administrator | Travelers Rest

Overall Responsibilities

Oversee and ensure effectiveness of childcare at the Travelers Rest Campus. To lead administrative team and support campus pastor in administrative duties including but not limited to Hospitality, Discovery, Foundations, Volunteers, and Event Planning. Assist with the administrative needs Grace Students and childcare as needed.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Assist the Membership, Discipleship & Groups Teams
  • Assist campus staff and leaders by providing administrative support for ministries and events
  • Manage campus communication and calendars
  • Build and lead campus support volunteer teams
  • Assist with administrative needs for Grace Students and event childcare
