Campus Administrative Director | Pelham
This role serves as a strategic operational partner to the Campus Pastor—someone who helps carry the weight of leadership by bringing clarity, focus, and forward momentum.You help turn vision into action. You protect what matters most. You anticipate needs before they become problems. You build systems that make the campus healthier, stronger, and easier to lead.This is not a reactive role. It’s for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and steps into responsibility with confidence.
Residency
Grace Church Residency is a year-long residency program for recent graduates where you will be discipled by Grace Church staff while gaining hands on experience in various ministries of the local church.
Students' Staff
Lead and carry out the mission of Grace Church in the ministry of Students’ at the designated campus. Lead, develop and support Students’ staff and volunteers to execute Students’ services and events.
